What do you call a dog that's 3/4 poodle and 1/4 yorkie.

Same as a half poodle and half yorkie... either a poodle mix or a yorkie mix OR you could call them a poodle/yorkie mix.

A Poodle mix would be the correct term. But if you want to make up a fun little name for this mix, how about Porkie or Yordle?

Mutt or mixed breed. When people ask what breed she is just tell them she is a Poodle/Yorkshire Terrier mix. A Poodle/Yorkie mix is usually called a Yorkie-Poo.
