She needs medical attention immediately. Dogs don't "throw their back out" like we humans do.

Any injury to the spine or legs that causes symptoms like this need to be taken seriously as 1) They cause great pain and discomfort to the dog and 2) They can easily and rapidly progress to paralysis.

This is absolutely a medical emergency and you should take her to see your vet immediately.

Good luck with her.

Take her to a vet ASAP. This cannot wait.

Dieta

Jack is right.
If the dog has hurt her back this is very very serious indeed.
She needs medical attention. This will not get better on it's own.
I would not let her do whatever it was to hurt her back again.
I would take all the precautions needed to keep her from jumping or falling that hurt her in the beginning.

♥ DEOGIE ♥

Take her to the vet immediately.
Dogs don't know limitations, so when they hurt themselves, they don't relax and take it easy like we would do. Simply jumping on the bed could cause your dog, God forbid, to become paralyzed if she has a slipped disc or a possible fracture. A vet needs to examine your dog to determine what is the cause of her back problems.
A Mastiff at Deogie's daycare slipped on the hardwood floor while getting off the sofa and injuried his back. He now needs a ramp to get in and out of the vehicle and he cannot climb stairs, so they needed to move to a one level home with no stairs.
This is serious, get her to the vet now.
