In this case he/she seems to be a labradoodle, which is a breed made of poodle and labrador ancestors. Labradoodles are often bred from labs and either standard or mini poodles. There is no such thing as a "french poodle" It's either a poodle or it isn't.

You can find a website all about labradoodles <a href=labradoodle Labradoodles are generally good dogs, though they do require a little more grooming than a lab. They generally have good temperaments, are easily trainable, and are good family dogs.

It is possible your dog is a "mini" labradoodle, which is a dog of this breed that is between 18 and 21 inches tall.

Your dog sounds like either a Labradoodle or Goldendoodle. A Labradoodle is a Labrador Retriever/Poodle mix. A Goldendoodle is a Golden Retriever/Poodle mix. Both of these dogs can be mixed with all of the various Poodle sizes, therefore they can either be larger or smaller. You can have a Miniature Labradoodle or Goldendoodle.

I dont think labradoodles can be miniature, but he/she might be a mini goldendoodle.
