Dogs don't get colds, if they seem like they have a cold, its probably a symptom of something else.
I copied this from Animal Planet.
• Major concerns: none
• Minor concerns: Legg – Perthes, patellar luxation
• Occasionally seen: PRA
• Suggested tests: knee, (eye)
• Life span: 12 – 14 years
And of course health depends on how they live and what they are fed, if they're fed a low quality food and live outdoors 24/7 they would probably have more health problems than one that is fed high quality food and kept inside.

We love our MinPins! They do get cold in slightly cool weather. Our male is 10 ounds and will beg to put a shirt on in mild weather. A thin polo will do in cool weather. Our other hates to be hot and wont even sleep under the covers most nights. If it is shaking in cool weather it needs a little something. The male hates frilly stuf. Just a sweater will do. The female, skies the limit. Just not heavy sweater. Nothing gets sick from weather.
