We have a dog who has been sick for the last 3 months. Recently he started loosing control over his limbs.

At first they diagnosed him with IBS. Then his pacreatic enzyes were up. Most of the poisons seem like they have immediate effects.
Is there any household animal poisons or things that could be affecting his NS slowly. His reflexes are not what they were before, he has trouble getting up, he tires very easily.

He's only a 5 year old pointer/lab so it seems kind of wierd.

Could any of this be a side effect of a antibiotic or steriod that he's been on?

Could this be tick related?

Take your pet to the vet, or another vet. (if you've seen one and they have failed to do anything)

Just the pancreatic enzymes being up indicates a problem that may need surgical fixation)
PROMPTLY.

I agree that a second opinion is needed. HE could have chronic pancreatitis, which is often fatal if allowed to go untreated. If you think he's been getting into something around the house or in the garden, definitely let the vet know when you have tests done. Request a full blood panel so every possibility can be checked.

This can definitely be a side effect of a steriod. Antibiotics usually case side effects like upset stomach and diarrhea so that can mimic IBS, but it depends on the timing. Antibiotics rarely cause long term illness if they have been given as a short course of 14 days or so. It's possible, but rare.

It could also be tick related, but I'm thinking the thing that jumps out at me here is the steriods. What is he taking them for?

Also consider he might need testing for Addison's disease, which is prevalent in pointers and causes IBS like symptoms and tiredness.

I'd get him to a different vet asap, like tomorrow. He doesn't sound good.

Good luck.
