Daisy

We adopted Daisy in November. She's loving, obedient and very affectionate. However, she has terrible anxiety on leash

This is how I understand the situation, your dog has dominance issues, she thinks she is the alpha dog therefore being controlled with the leash seesm to be forced robbing her status and great there comes other things that are on loose that are laughing at her... does it make sense? so first you need make it clear you are the alpha and then put the leash on indoor or in a locked green grass field with no one and let her run around with the leash attached to her and you not pulling on the other end, and then after she gets it well the lead is not a threat, then you start pulling on it, with 2 feet and walk with her on it, PUT HARNESS instead of collar. And walk and turn back wards the other way and walk turn backwards so you in control of her not she is pulling you. If you see a dog that she will bark growl at like 10 feet away, turn around or disrupt her attention to something else and keep doing this so she associate whatever is passing by 1 DAY is OK! not attacking her
