This seems like a popular question... Guess my dog's breeds?

First, I guess he's technically tri-colored; he has some white beneath his rear and tail area. We're quite sure on the aussie part, but I'm not sold on the gordon setter, though he looks like he could be. He was found wandering around Kansas.

He does have loose gums though...

Any ideas of what he could be? Someone once said an english shepherd? They aren't recognized by the AKC.

Baby definitely looks like a Hovawart/English Shepherd mix. Just because the English Shepherd isn't recognized by the AKC, doesn't mean anything. The AKC doesn't recognize the American Pit Bull Terrier and they're an extremely common dog breed, you can find them just about anywhere.

There are other breeds your dog does look like including a Gordon Setter and Belgian Tervuren.
