Someone gave me a six week old puppy. I don't know anything about the parents or where he came from. I'm told he is a shitzu, min pin, chihuahua. I couldn't get him to eat for almost the whole day the first day I had him. He weighs around a pound. He finally started eating Pedigree puppy food I got and I've had to use a dropper to give him water. He hasn't had shots but I took him to get dewormed today at around 3pm because he puked a couple times and wasnt going to the bathroom. At about 7:30pm he started puking again. He has puked probably six or more times since (not a great amount, but still) and I'm worried if he doesn't stop. I don't know what to do.

This is VERY SERIOUS!! VET ASAP!!! At this young age he is danger of dehydrating & death is a very real possibility. yes...DEATH! Please...vet now!
Did you take him to the vet for deworming? Did they examine him? What did they say when you told them about his troubles?

Wiley is right...this puppy WILL DIE from vomiting at his size. He needs IV fluids immediately!!!
Puppies this age have no reserves and just vomiting a few times puts them in severe danger of hypoglycemia, which is too low blood sugar.
He also needs to be kept very warm in order to properly digest his food.

Vet, and right away! Six weeks is much too young to be away from mom. He's probably starving and/or dehydrating. GO, GO, GO!
