sneezing, congestian, and fever in dogs

My dog had to quartentined for 10 days, when we picked him up he had been kept in a cement room with no ventalation, and he had to stand and live in urian from him and another dog. Now he has fever, nasal congestion, slight cough, he is off his feed, lays around. WE thought that he needed to rest and he would be alright, but with the holiday he can't get to a vet until mid week.
what ca I give him to help him feel better until I can get him into a new vet?

Dieta

Look in the yellow pages and find a emergency vet clinic.
He needs immediate attention.
He could have parvo, upper resp. infection ect. This could be life threatening. No time to waste on waiting. He needs antibotics from vet asap.

Emergency vets are open on holidays. I would get him to one asap.
