puppy play biting with other dogs, too much too handle >.>

Jett is about 4 months old, shes great in the house and with people, adults, teens, kids, toddlers, babies she's totaly fine with people, in the house and yard she has good recall and listens very well. she knows some basic comands, her house training went super well, shes a total genius pooch BUT shes a nut around other dogs. she wants to chase chase chase, steal toys, nip other dogs heels, charge into and bump around other dogs. generally dogs much larger cause she's only 20lbs right now. I can't take her to the dog park, because she refuses to come when there are other dogs to play with. and i just wouldn't want her or I in that position where she nips the wrong dogs heel and I'm 100 yards away across the damn feild.
I take her to a small school yard near my house with my roomates heeler cross and Jett is just super IN YOUR FACE with the body bumping and charging triping and ankle nipping, I don't know what to do

Take her to an off leash puppy kindergarden. She needs to learn proper dog behavior.

Agree with taking her to puppy kindergarten. Call up the local animal shelter and ask them if they can tell you who offers this class. When I volunteered at the shelter in my area, they had some cards for different pet-related businesses in town, including trainers.
