You should take her to the vet again and have her checked to make sure its almost gone!, if you dont want to then have her in a warm place wrapped in warm blankets with food water and etc. If shes not doing well in the past few days then suggest you take her to the vet

Puggles

need to take her to the vet again! The rattling sounds heard in the lungs are called Rales. They are believed to occur when air opens closed air spaces. You need the vet to get your pug checked out again especially since these dogs have trouble breathing anyways.

Snickers

Back to the Vet.
This pup sounds like she has a weak immune system. Have a long talk with the Vet about how to get her well and keep her well.

The itchiness will subside in time. Medicated shampoo can ease her discomfort.

I hope she recovers - how upsetting!

Toto, CD, RN, CGC

Demodex usually indicates a problem with the dog's immune system. As a result of a compromised immune system your girl is more likely to have other issues affect her.
I agree, a return visit to the vet is in order. She may have an upper respiratory infection or have issues with her soft palate or nasal passages, unfortunately, common in short nosed breeds such as the pug.

Dieta

I would take her back immediately to the vet.
With all the mites, then all the meds to get rid of them , her immune system has been compromised , so now she most likely caught a bug in her chest. Upper respiratory colds are and can be very dangerous for dogs. I would be very worried because she will need to be treated for this immediately.
Feel better soon.
