Pomeranian with breathing problem.

Our pomeranian is breathing rapidly (1-2/second), and loudly. There is a minor clear discharge from the nose, and possibly a minor temp. Intermittently, she will start coughing like she has something stuck in her throat, and it will be loud, occasionally honking. Appetite is slightly subdued. She seems a little nervous, and hesitant. How dangerous is this, and can she wait until Monday to see a vet?

I guess you already figured this out by now, but you should always have an emergency vet or 24-hour contact information for a local animal hospital... just in case! The ASPCA has a 24-hour pet poison control hotline as well in case you think she ever got into anything toxic. ^_^
