My westie mix had as lot of problem with skin and itching. I put her oon the Nutro grain free fish formula, and have seen much improvement in how she looks and acts. It may be worth a try for you.

You could also get some oatmeal shampoo and/or some tea tree oil shampoo. It helps with skin irritations.
