Not pooping or eating, Vomitting yellowish and smelly. ALREADY SEEN VET NO ANSWEARS!!!!

She is a VERY ACTIVE dog but since Saturday she has just layed around.

take her to the new vet somewhere.

Those symtoms are classic for a blockage.
A blockage is something stuck in the intestines or in the stomach.
She could very well also be sick in other ways many ways.
So insist on x-rays, some vets just are not experienced or not caring enough to go the extra step. You have to insist on it.
If she is sick by vomiting and then other symtoms we know she is sick, see if you can find a vet clinic that specializes in emergencies.
