My wenner dog for some reason every night has been pooping in the house?

My wenner dog for some reason every night has been pooping in the house so i get to wake to a pile lol!!! Just wondering how to solve this problem?? It only happens when everyone is sleeping.??

That is kind of like a schedule for your dog. Depending on how late he eats, will determine when he needs to pooh.

If you can determine how long after he eats, he needs to go pooh, then you can slowly change his eating schedule to where he will go pooh just before bedtime. Change his last feeding time about 15 to 20 earlier every few nights. This will get him slowly adjusted the time change.

In the meantime, while you are making the adjustment, you can put a bell on his collar at bedtime. This will alert you that he is up and moving around, and you can take him out to take care of his business. Then you can sleep peacefully knowing you will wake up to a clean floor. :o)

I would walk him before bed for at least 15 minutes.
also how old?
puppies can have accidents. the crate is a great tool you just might have to do some conditioning and sensitizing for it
But, I would do the walking at night to help him rid himself of excessive poo and pee. :)
