My two year old staffy has very large nipples after her first season and they have stayed that way.
She also has a fatty undercarrage but is not over weight.

I doubt at two years old that this is her first heat cycle. A bitch generally comes in heat at 6-7 months of age, and every 6 months (approximately) thereafter. The nipples will swell during heat, and don't always go completely down to as before. If you check them at about 35 days after the heat cycle and they are changing to a deep pink and begin to get larger, then this is an indication that she is pregnant. The swelling is absolutely normal and is nothing to be concerned about...

i dont thionk they said that it was her first cycle, they stated she was 2 and after her first cyle her nipples got larger and stayed that way, meaning they have been that way for probably about a year and a half now. Its kind of like human breasts, they get larger when they become a woman, some womans are larger or smaller than others, but if this is a recent development then you should take her to be checked for a pregnancy if not spayed..then get her spayed...also bully breeds tend to have the larger nipples.
