my three year old beagle just got neutered two days ago the incision is red & swollen. He may have a fever what do i do?

He was a stray my husband and I love animals and ahve two dogs including this one. We took him to the vet got all of his shots and got him neutered. We have had him for about a month now. Two days ago we got him neutered and he is really red and swollen around the incision. I think he has a fever. I dont know what to do. I didn't realize this until our vet was closed because we were both working today? i am really concerned can anyone please help. Tahnks and may God Bless :)
