My puppy's sholders pop when I pick her up!

Sometimes when I pick up my seven month old puppy, I can kind of feel a popping in her shoulders. She doesn't really seem to notice it. Is this just her growing or something more serious?

You aren't picking her up by her front legs, are you? That's the only thing I can think of that would make them pop when she's picked up. If you pick her up by supporting her body it will be less harmful to her shoulders and hips.
