my puppy wont walk and hardly eats. she just sleeps all day is something wrong?
i just got a siberain husky puppy a week ago, she is around 3 months old and she will not go for walks and hardly eats. she seems to be scared of us. she stays in corners or under the beds. i heard that siberains where active and thats why i chose this breed. do you think something can be wrong with her?

Well she's young still.
Pups eat sleep play and do their business.
But, she should be a little more spirited. So I say take her to the vet and get a full check up.
She should be more confident right now, but she is a baby. Maybe do some basic obedience commands to get her out of her shell.

Hi there!
Bridget is right - your pup should be a little more active, and a vet visit is in order.
If it turns out she doesn't have any physical problems, then it sounds like you have a fearful, shy dog who will need some work! What do you know about her puppyhood? What kind of personality did her mom and dad have? What socialization did she receive with humans? If she was raised in a puppy mill (a purely profit-oriented place where mom dogs are caged 24/7) she will have some challenges ahead of her! If you can afford it, find a reputable behaviorist/trainer to assess her personality and recommend actions.
Meanwhile, try this:
Sit quietly by the corner or bed where she's cowering. Hold a yummy, healthy treat loosely in your hands (a piece of cooked chicken or beef is good). Don't make eye contact or reach for her; simply let her sniff her way to you. If she takes the treat, quietly say, "good girl."
No room for more, but read Patricia McConnell's book The Cautious Canine. Good luck!
