my labrador/pit mix lunges at people with dark skin while being walked/and excersising?
not everyone with dark skin,i think he picks up on bad energy.the lighter the skin color,the more relaxed he is around strangers/people and i think his previous owner taught him this,he is otherwise very well behaved,a dream actually,not one bit of aggresion,which is why im puzzled,can i break him of this?

There is a very important time in a dogs life that you need to "Socialize" them. Its within the first year but I can remember the exact weeks. They need to meet people in uniforms, men with beards, big dogs, small dogs. Old and young, and also people with darker skin. Your dog isnt predjudice he just wasnt socialized enouf! Im not sure how to fix this unless you meet on nutreal ground with a friendly stranger with dark skin. Try a pretty girl! Maybe this will help. My Jack LOVES blonds to distraction. I dont recall socializing him with any. Huh?!
