Has she been outside today? She might of ate poision oak which can cause this. She could of also eaten another dogs poop and this poop could have had something in it like worms or something. Check for ticks to.

Sounds like it could be bloat/torsion. This is a MAJOR emergency, get her to a vet right now!!!!
