my female dog looks like she is on season swelling of the vaginal area but not bleeding been like this for about 2 weeks

Was she bleeding just before this? If so, sounds like the rest of the cycle. They don't bleed throughout the entire thing The whole cycle lasts three weeks typically.
If you're not sure, then call the vet up about it.
