It sounds like he needs to see a vet ASAP! No one answering on an internet site can diagnose and treat your dog over the internet, even if we WERE veterinarians, which we are not.
I will never understand why people with an obviously seriously ill pet post on the internet instead of immediately taking their dog to a vet before it gets sicker or even dies. In the time you sit around waiting for an answer you could have your pet at a veterinary clinic and on its way to being treated.

He just back for a run? and he is laying still? and not active? well..hmm he might be tired, but if you want you can take him to the vet to see if something is wrong.
