This is AN EMERGENCY
Someone could of left out medicine they ate, poison for rats, someone could of thrown tainted meat over the fence. Or they are having an reaction to something.
I hope they are OK
Get thee to a veterinary office. We do not have the knowledge to give a proper diagnosis, and even if we did, it's impossible to give an accurate diagnosis over the internet.
