My dog when she has a poop it has got jelly around it has this happened to anyone else if so what does it mean.

Most probably your dog is sick. It could be anything from just having worms to Giardia...my recommendation is, bring your dog to the vet. He/she is sick.

It means there's some kind of digestive irritation, which could be an infection. I would take a sample and get her to the vet.
