			<p>I think I would search out and find where this substance is at.  That way you will know what it is and know if it is something that will hurt your dog.  From there I would do all I could to eaither fence off or not let the dog in that area so you do not have to keep cleannig up after her all the time.  Good luck.<br /><br />
