My dog just got back from the groomers. He has just started to kick or twitch his right hind leg. What could be wrong?

He is 5 years old. He twitches or kicks his leg every 2-3 minutes. It doesn't seem to cause him pain. He has had a history of hacking or coughing attacks and once in a while he trembles as if he is cold. I don't know if that is relevant but I don't know what is wrong.

i used to be a groomer and that can be caused sometimes by razor burn. but if it continues i deffinitley would go to the vets to get checked out..
