My dog is swaying back and forth when he is sitting or holding himself up, he seems very exhausted and not as responsive

He is a male, 2 years old, Pekingese mix. This just started tonight!

Gidget

Probaby should go ahead and take him to the vet tomorrow, or if he get worse tonight, you might even get him to an emergency vet. This doesn't sound good.

It is not in your dog's favor to seek a diagnosis via the internet, especially when your dog could very likely be in need of emergency care. Even a veterinarian is not capable of providing a diagnosis without examining your dog, much less random people in a forum.
