My dog is spayed but her stomach is bigger and milk is coming out of her nipples. Does this mean she's pregnat?

Sounds like a false pregnancy. It will pass. Try giving her a couple of stuffed animals for about two or three weeks. Then take them away one at a time once a week. After that she should be fine.

No, she is not pregnant. Spaying means they took out all of the reproduction organs....no way for her to become pregnant.

Take her to the vet. It could be a phantom pregnancy or a more serious infection.
