Hmm..yes..definite sign that your dog needs to be checked by a vet.

I also think he needs to be seen by a vet.

If these symptoms are acute (sudden onset) then he could have a life threatening very serious condition called bloat (or gastric torsion) in which medical intervention is required immediately.

If these symptoms have been gradual, or chronic, he could have some sort of other problem ranging from a mild stomach ailment to something more serious.

Not eating or drinking is a sign of a very sick animal. Please don't delay in getting him help.

Take him to the vet! I read about this in Marley and Me by John Grogen. What happened was that Marley's stomach Got bloated with Air, water, and food. Then it did a flip and tied a knot with some intestines. Take him to a vet immediatly!

Your dog needs to be evaluated by a competent vet immediately. a similar situation developed with our 10 year old chihuahua. He was filling up with fluid from a disease called lymphactasia. It is life threatening and needs immediate attention.
