I guess I am not sure what you are asking... a dog can only be pregnant for about 63 -65 days, according to my counting that is only 2 months. If your dog has been pregnant for three months something is very wrong and you need to bring her to see a vet ASAP!!!!

Basically what Toto said--something has gone wrong.
Was this litter planned? I hope not, because it pains me to see people who don't recognize or know how to handle complications. Breeding is not for those who are not willing to conduct years of research and find a reputable and experienced mentor first. To breed without first having the necessary knowledge to do so properly is to increase the risks already involved in breeding.
