My dog is 7 yrs old Cokapoo and she is light tan and white and her paws and around her eyes are turning dark brown. Why?

The dark brown on her paws are probably from dirt but around the eyes is most likely tear stains. You can go to Walmart and get some tear stain remover pads. Their very easy to use. Its very common for tear stains the older a dog gets.
