My dog has these Shakes where if looks like he's cold but it only happeneds when he sleeps sometimes when he's awake 2??

he shakes when he's sleeping ... and he shakes when he's scared it that same kinda shake but he's not scared when he's sleeping.... i 'm actually alittle concerned... but i know it's not a seizure or however you spell that word... anyways...
