My dog has started pooping and peeing inside by her water/food bowls immediately after her walk???
Here are the stats on the dog: female, almost 4 yrs, yorkie/maltise mix, "previously" house broken.
We work from home, so walk her at 7:30am, 8:30/9am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, and usually at 9 or 10pm. She gets fed at at about 10am, and again at about 7pm.
Everyday she goes for her first walk and either pees or poops/pees, comes in, lays down, and about 20 minutes later goes directly to her food and water bowl and poops/pees right next to it.
We recently moved to a new house, and our cat (who she wasn't friends with) moved in with my dad. She is actually getting A LOT more walks than previously. However, previously, she was usually just left with food in her bowl all day instead of on a schedule.
Why is she doing this? Could she be sick? Depressed? Confused? Anxious?
We have been here 3 weeks now and it still happens. What can I do to help stop this?

You did put "previously" in quotes....
She was housebroken in the house you moved out of. Dogs don't generalize like people do, she really does not know where to go potty.
Including link to potty training with a bell so she can tell you she needs to go potty.
