My dog has red streaks in his ear, a raw rash on his stomach and his nose is raw and he has rubbed it until it bleeds.

It sounds like allergies. Have you tried changing his food? Try changing to a food with less/no grain, less filler and a different protein. For ex., if your feeding a dog food with chicken, then change to something with lamb or fish. Good Luck!
