my dog has not been eating anything for 2 or 3 days... she drinks water but after a while she vomits the water out

This is beyond any advice we can offer. She needs to be seen by a vet. At the very least, call the vet. Hope all goes well.

Sounds like a boewl blockage.You should take her to the vet immediately. She may have swallowed something a.d it is stuck. Seek medical attention immediantly.
