She probably has dandruff... Yep. or dry flaking skin. You could add a fish oil supplement to her food (tablet you can get in vitamin section at somewhere like Walgreens) - if she has real dry skin. Or is she nervous alot? Like when you take the dog to the vet - sometimes nerves make dander show on their coat? You could give her a nice moisturizing bath. Sometimes the winter weather can really dry skin out.

Good luck!

Sometimes dogs can have dandruff and the reason, simply dry skin, but sometimes there are reasons for dogs to have dandruff.
Allergies due to food or enviroment.
A lack of fatty acids in your dogs food, if he eats a low quality dog food switch to a higher quality food which will give him the proper amount of fatty acids. Doing so you will find a your dogs overall health and skin improve a great deal. Deogie loves Innova. Check this out.

Skin infections can also be the cause.
A vet appointment should be made to rule out any health issues your dog could possibly be having.
Good luck to you.
