There's a lot of different things you can do and give for ear infections. Please stop the steroids, they have no benefits and are definitely not healthy whatsoever. I would stop the medications too and move to something that will actually benefit and cure her ear infections because obliviously, the medications and steroids are not helping at all. What brand of food is she eating? Foods with grains, chicken/beef (chicken and beef are the most common meat allergies in dogs), fillers, by-products, propylene glycol, preservatives, colors/flavors, etc., can cause a lot of health problems in dogs, especially ear infections. The first thing I'd do is change food to a high quality brand of food. Dog foods I recommend are Orijen, Acana, Solid Gold, Timberwolf Organics, Primal Pet Foods, Holistic Selects, SoJo's and Honest Kitchen.

Dogs who switch from a low quality to a high quality brand of food who have infections/allergies/etc, they'll start to clear up within a few days to about a week or so. Feed her high quality dog treats as well! A raw diet and a home cooked diet would be great too. Dogs who are fed a raw diet, especially, the allergies/infections will disappear.

Supplements that would clear up her ear infection within a couple of days at least would be colloidal silver. Colloidal silver kills infections, bacteria, viruses, fungus, molds, parasites, etc. I take colloidal silver myself and have been for years and I have been giving it to my dogs for years too. I take it everyday and so do my dogs. Be sure that the colloidal silver you buy comes in a glass bottle and if you put the colloidal silver in your dogs bowl, be sure it's anything BUT plastic.

"Dr. Frank reported on his experiences in increasing the life expectancy of two dogs treated with RNA. One dog was a mongrel aged 14 years, the other was a 16 year old Chihuahua. Both dogs were nearly blind, with hair that was dry, brittle and scanty, and suffered from arthritis and "myocardial weakness." The highest source of RNA you will get is from sardines. I have been giving my dogs one can of sardines each day for about 8 months or so and the changes have been amazing from soft hair, no more dandruff, cleaner teeth, no more arthritis, activity increased, always up and going, haven't had any more trouble getting up/in/out, etc. I highly recommend you start giving your dog a can of sardines once a day, you'll definitely see a huge difference in your dog within a few days. Sardines will definitely help with the ear infections.

Apple cider vinegar, flax seed oil, raw eggs, coconut oil, vitamin C and cinnamon are all great for ear infections too.
