my dog has a rash on the side of his nose that bleeds every time he rubs it what can help it stop?

You can try putting pressure on it. He really needs to see a vet.

He needs a vet yes, asap.
That is a very sensitive area for a dog to have a rash on.
We had some problems with that and it is a difficult area to treat as well. But a vet needs to find out what kind of rash and what is causing it.
