My dog has a pimple looking things (blister like) on her belly. It is where she had stickes 4 months ago. Any idea?

Sounds like this could be a Staph infection. Staph is a naturally occuring bacteria on dog's skin but when the immune system is low due to allergies or a disturbance in the skin (excessive itching) these staph bacteria can multiply and cause papules and pustules (the little red bumps you describe). It's not contagious in and of itself, but I wouldn't go poping the pustules and rubbing it in an open wound.

If you bring your dog to the vet, they will be able to diagnose this and will most likely prescribe antibiotics to treat this. She may have them on her lower back as well, as this is a common place to have them. Treatment right away will be the best for her since this can be itchy and uncomfortable and may get worse before it gets better.
