My dog had clear foam coming out his mouth now won't stop Drolling and won't eat what can cause this.?

I would like to know why my dog won't eat and clear foam is coming out his mouth

Foaming and drooling can be stress-related. Combining this with no desire to eat is a cause for concern, in my opinion. If this were my dog, I would call the vet.

Could also be a tooth or foreign body in the mouth issue. Needs a vet visit ASAP
