My dog got bitten on his forehead, n swollen between his right eye and nose. what to do?

He is an year old Labrador. He got into fight and is bitten on his forehead (shallow bite). He has scratches near his lips and is a bit swollen between his right eye and nose. no vets available for today due to independence day celebration. please help.

Take him to the vet as it could be infected,I am sure there will be emergency vets working!!!
