Get your dog to a vet!!!...My goodness!
How did he get your dog?...Is your yard not fenced?...Do you know where the dog lives?...I'd contact the authorities if he was running loose.

There are a couple things you need to do, first and foremost. Take yourself and your dog for medical treatment.
I know you are worried about your dog but don't forget about your wounds as well. Even the slightest puncture wound from a dog can cause infection. You probably have no idea if this dog has had all his/her vaccines, so you need to be seen by a doctor.
Your poor baby also needs to go to the vet. Only then can you know what injuries she sustained in this attack. Dogs have an amazing way of hiding pain, so a vet needs to examine her and treat her if necessary.
Do you know where this dog came from? Phone the police and get something done. The owners of this pit should be held responsible for the injuries you and your dog received.
Good luck to you and all my best.

If she's eating, that's a very good sign, at least... I'm guessing that you didn't take her to a vet because you can't afford it. I don't know what I would do if my dog got attacked either, I don't have any money right now...
Can you see any bruises developing under her fur? I would say keep an eye on her, Make sure she has a comfortable place to lie down and be calm. Make sure she has food and water but don't force her to eat or drink, she's probably still scared from her attack.
Keep watching her and treating her extra nice for a day- if it's not better, then see if you can find a vet that can treat her.

So sorry this happened! Hope you're all OK. Large or muscular dogs can seriously damage pets & others. If it were my dog, especially if small, I would take her to the vet. Fur can hide serious injury, like punctures. Your parents, or other adult should talk with the pit bull’s owners. If the owners R genuinely sorry & R responsible but the dog got out accidentally, they will be happy U went to them rather than crying "vicious pit!" Hopefully, they will also be happy to compensate your family for vet & doctor bills. On the other hand, if they R irresponsible dog owners, it’s time for a wake up call. I would file a police report & sue for medical compensation for U & your dog. U should get medical attention anyway, to be safe. By law, police will be automatically contacted & ascertain whether said dog is vaccinated. Rabies is nothing to play with. Meanwhile, I hope this doesn’t tarnish your view of good pit bulls. 99% of bad dog experiences R cause of bad owners. Good luck!

Dieta

Vet asap!!!!
If it is a small dog it could be bruised inside and it will go into shock.
I would make sure to get some fencing up after this ordeal.
The pit will come back.
Make sure they can't get to your dog.
I hope he will be okay.

Please take the dog to the vet today. Don't waste another minute. If it's money that has you delaying the vet visit, don't worry about it. The vet will treat your pup. If you can find out who the pit belongs to, you won't be paying the vet bill anyway. You have a witness to the attack and can go after the pit owner for all of the vet bills.
Even though it's a Sunday, please take your dog to an emergency clinic right away.
Good luck and I hope your baby is feeling better soon.
