My dog gets panic attacks whenever she's in d house or garden scratching her paws are n bits but shes fine away 4m house

If she is scratching her paw's go buy some um...... wrap type of stuff that they put on horses hocks like after a injury, wrap that around her paws so she don't beat them up to bad. walk her through the house to see what she panics about then get her use to it. If this don't work see a vet
