In memory of Scooby

My dog eyes are leaking some yellow pus or something! I've cleaning and checking his eyes but I don't see anything wrong

And yet it still leaks that yellow glop! Whats wrong with his eyes? Any ideas?

ur dog prolly has a cold or eye infection take it too the vet probly something minor

he needs to go to the vet. discharge that is green, yellow or red is a sign of sickness.

I agree with everyone else, colored discharge (from anywhere, but namely the eyes) is almost always a sign of an infection or illness.
Yellow discharge from his eyes could be as simple as an eye infection, or a sign of a serious illness, such as distemper.
Make an appointment with your vet pretty soon.
