My dog came from a breeder that got shut down, does that mean the contract is terminated.

Hi I got a puppy from a 'breeder' turns out they got their dogs seized from running a 'puppy mill' which i was not aware of. So since they are closed down, does that mean the contracts do not count anymore?

Seeking advice from an attorney sounds like your best bet. Something tells me it's not going to be easy to get the "breeder" to hold up his/her end of the bargain, with or without the licensing issues.
