My dog bites us and the other dog when we take her out
When we take her to go outside, she will go nuts and try to bite whoever takes her and the other dog. There has been times that someone will take the other dog first and then here, and she'd do it. We thought maybe it was jealousy. So we took her out first. But she still done it. Is their anyway we can make her stop biting??

It could be redirected aggression (she cant get to whatever she wants to go after so she bites whatever is closest) or she is just out of control, either way you should consult behaviorist and go to a good obedience trainer in your area.

Have you considered that it may be play biting? In this case, she'd just need to be taught some manners.

Just an idea, anyway. I've known some dogs that did things like that when they were outside.

This is not redirected aggression! This is a dog who is so wound up & excited that all impulse control goes out the window..or door (bol). I suggest separate walks until she learns to be calm on leash. If she's going bananas when you pick up the leash, put it down until she calms. Pick up the leash at different times..no walk. Let her associate that the leash does not always mean a walk.
Make her calm down before you leave the house. If she's excited, sit down, wait her out. Put on shoes..sit down & read a bit. Put on jacket, have another coffee. Pick up leash, sit back down. Put leash on..go watch tv. Whatever it takes but never rush through it. She must be calm at each step.
Work on loose leash walking. Calmly. It could take a long time before you even get out the door. Keep her calm on walks. Work on sits, downs, & stays to help increase her control.
You can fix this..but it will take time & consistency.
