My dog barks loads when I leave the room what can I do? He paces a lot as well please help!

I have tried ignoring it but it doesn't work! He has also started humping again. Not me but other dogs. He doesn't do as he is told, won't come in from the garden when told. And has lost ye ability to walk properly on him lead! Im not sure if I'm doing something wrong. As a puppy we didn't have any problems with him it's only since he has turned 2.
