My dog acts like he has taken lsd he hides. Licks his lips constantly won't eat and act afraid andwont go out side. What

My dog goes through this (LSD) trip on a weekly basis now that he is older he will hide all day tuck his tale when he follows me. Licks his lips and his pupils are huge. He is a english. Bichon frise. He acts so weird he gets the hiccos and spitsup bile sometimes

The lip-licking is a sign of anxiety, which can be a problem on its own or he could be anxious as a result of some underlying medical concern, painful or otherwise. This sounds like it warrants a trip to the vet.
