My bulldog has funny skin and a bald patch on his tail!
My bulldog is 18months and a male I have just noticed a red mark on his tail and the area has gone bald not sure why.?? And also his skin on his back for a few months now has become like tiny little worts/bumpy this is about 4" by " wide can I have some advice please

Sounds like a flea allergy, or possibly mange. Has he had a vet check recently? Is he on flea preventative like Frontline or Advantage? If not, get him on one and see if he improves. Flea bite allergies are common and cause intense itching, skin redness, and hair loss.
